The present invention is provided with: a negative pressure generation mechanism which is able to generate negative pressure an airtight wearing box which has an approximately thin box shape with one end in a longitudinal direction open and is coupled to the negative pressure generation mechanism via a negative pressure supply hole formed in part of a wall surface, and to which the negative pressure is supplied and a negative pressure diffusion mechanism which diffuses the negative pressure supplied from the negative pressure supply hole to the vicinity of the opening in the inner surface of the wall surface of the wearing box.
