PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for selective hydrogenation obtainable of a hydrogen-containing biocompatible solution without changing a characteristic of the biocompatible solution.SOLUTION: In the device for selective hydrogenation for the biocompatible solution, a gas phase part of an airtight container holds a discharge port of a hydrogen generation system container, and the hydrogen gas replaces the gas in the gas phase part with the hydrogen gas by being sent to the gas phase part of the airtight container, and increases inner pressure of the gas phase and concentration of the hydrogen gas. The highly-concentrated hydrogen gas accompanied with the pressure is dissolved in the biocompatible solution over time, and generates a highly-concentrated hydrogen-containing biocompatible solution.【課題】生体適用液の特性を変えることなく、水素含有生体適用液を得ることができる選択的水素添加器具を提供する。【解決手段】水素発生系収納器の排気口が、密閉容器の気相部へ保持されており、水素ガスは、前記密閉容器の前記気相部に送り込まれることを通じて該気相部内のガスを水素ガスに置換すると共に、気相内圧と水素ガス濃度を高め、この圧力をともなった高濃度水素ガスが、経時的に前記生体適用液内に溶け込み、高濃度水素含有生体適用液を生成する。【選択図】 図1B
