The invention discloses a cell lysis method and a method for directly conducting PCR on the lysate obtained based on the cell lysis method. The cell lysis method includes the steps that cells to be tested and a particular cell lysis solution are mixed according to the specific ratio of the cells to the lysis solution; the obtained mixture is incubated at the temperature of 30-70 DEG C for 5-30 minutes, and then degeneration is performed at the temperature of 92-98 DEG C for 8-12 minutes. The PCR can be directly conducted on the lysate obtained based on the cell lysis method. Compared with an existing PCR method, DNA extraction steps can be omitted, time and effort are saved, and various animal cells can be handled simply, rapidly and efficiently to directly perform PCR amplification and identification. The method is especially suitable for high-flux cell identification of transgenic animal cells.
