An outer peripheral surface 11 of the first holding part 10 includes a first contact face 13 coming into contact with an upper surface of a bed for a human, and a first support face 14 coming into contact with the soles of both legs of a person in the supine position, supported by a bed and retaining the knees of both legs in a bent state.
