PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper limb support cushion capable of reliably holding a bent or contracted posture and further reducing a burden on an abdominal part while reducing a burden applied to a shoulder joint appropriately, even in the case of movement by using care equipment such as a wheelchair and caster walker in nursing, rehabilitation, and care.SOLUTION: The upper limb support cushion can hold an upper limb of a patient in a seated posture and is constituted of: a locking member arranged so as to be attached/detached to/from a backrest of a wheelchair, or the like； and a cushion body suspended from the fitting member.
