The present invention relates to a complex multifunctional support apparatus having a bidirectional handle structure. The complex multifunctional support apparatus according to the present invention comprises an upper assembly to which a muscular strength assistant apparatus is mounted and which includes a first handle disposed in a mounting direction of the muscular strength assistant apparatus and selectively received in or drawn out of the upper assembly. The upper assembly further comprises a second handle disposed in the opposite direction to the first handle, and a lower assembly which supports the upper assembly at lower side of the upper assembly. The first handle can be received in a main supporting frame when the muscular strength assistant apparatus is mounted.
