The present invention relates to a patient monitoring device having a medicine package automatic discharging function. The patient monitoring device includes a case, a circuit substrate, a display unit, and a discharge unit. The case has a medicine package accommodating space formed therein to accommodate a medicine package, and a medicine package discharging hole formed in a front part thereof to discharge the medicine package in the medicine package accommodating space to the outside. The circuit substrate is installed in the case and includes a control unit for receiving and treating a bio-signal inputted from a bio-signal sensor and receiving a medicine package discharge command inputted from a management server. The display unit is mounted onto the case, and bio-signal information outputted from the control unit is displayed through a screen.
