According to the present invention, an excrement sensing device mounted on a diaper having a sensor for sensing excrement of a person required for wearing a diaper, such as an infant, a patient with an advanced disease, a dementia patient, and a bed-ridden patient, comprises: a front cover (110) made of a material harmless to a human body； a rear cover (120) detachably coupled to the front cover (110), and detachably coupled to a diaper； a circuit board (130) disposed in an excrement sensing device； a plurality of intelligent sensors (140) disposed on the circuit board (130)； a charging unit (150) electrically connected to the circuit board (130) and the plurality of intelligent sensors (140)； and a detachable member (160) disposed on an outer surface of the rear cover (120) to be detachable from the diaper.
