PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition improving an intake amount of a medical component to an oral mucosa of gums and having excellent effect by a medical component formulated.SOLUTION: The oral composition includes the following components (A)-(D): (A) a water-soluble medical ingredient selected from a bactericide, an anti-inflammatory agent, an agent for preventing and ameliorating hyperesthesia, a dental calculus preventive agent, water-soluble vitamins, and a plant extract (B) 30-60 mass% of sugar alcohol wherein solubility to water at 20°C is 30 mass% or less (C) 0.1-1.2 mass% of a binder and (D) 10-25 mass% of water.
