PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a peptide interacting with a liposome formed by a lipid bilayer by using the liposome, and a liposome-binding peptide obtained by the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a liposome-binding peptide which has four or more basic amino acid sequences at C terminal and has an amino acid sequence which binds a liposome membrane at a central part.
