PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-cooked confectionary that has a long shelf life and a moist eat-texture.SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by impregnating syrup solution into rusk-like baked confectionary; said rusk-like baked confectionary preferably is one in which a baked confectionary dough containing starches, fats, eggs and sugars and in which the oil content in the dough is 13 to 40 mass%, is used; also, the content of egg white occupying the eggs in said baked confectionary dough preferably is 80 mass% or more; and furthermore, the syrup solution preferably contains an alcoholic beverage.
