PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a mucosa protective composition of a gastrointestinal tract for inhibiting the occurrence of the mucosa disorder in a gastrointestinal tract, for example, when ingesting an oral drug inducing the mucosa disorder in the gastrointestinal tract.SOLUTION: The composition is obtained by mixing polymeric polysaccharide with sodium bicarbonate and/or magnesium carbonate. According to the present invention, the mucosa protective composition of the gastrointestinal tract can be produced, wherein, in a stomach, sodium bicarbonate or magnesium carbonate contacts a gastric juice and foams to generate the diffusion power to polymeric polysaccharide, and by the force, the polymeric polysaccharide is quickly dissolved or dispersed in the gastric juice, thereby, the polymeric polysaccharide can effectively exhibit the protective action of the gastric mucosa, and the polymeric polysaccharide dissolved or dispersed in the gastric juice is transferred into the intestine without being decomposed in the stomach, and thereafter, is dissolved in the neutral or alkaline intestinal fluid and exhibits the mucosa protection of the intestinal tract without being decomposed in the intestine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 例えば胃腸管粘膜障害を誘発する経口薬物を服用した際の胃腸管粘膜障害の発生を阻止するための胃腸管粘膜保護組成物の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 高分子多糖と炭酸水素ナトリウムおよび/または炭酸マグネシウムを混合することによることを特徴とする。本発明によれば、胃内において炭酸水素ナトリウムや炭酸マグネシウムが胃液に触れて発泡することにより高分子多糖に対する拡散力が発生し、その力で高分子多糖を胃液中に速やかに溶解乃至分散させて、高分子多糖に胃粘膜保護作用を効果的に発揮させることができるとともに、胃液中に溶解乃至分散した高分子多糖が、胃内において分解されることなく腸に移行した後、pHが中性乃至アルカリ性の腸液に溶解し、腸内においても分解されることなく腸管粘膜保護作用を発揮する、胃腸管粘膜保護組成物を製造することができる。【選択図】 図1
