PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of uniformly dropping droplets condensated to the back face of an upper cover covering the upper face of a hopper storing rice.SOLUTION: Provided is a rice storage part 12 comprising: a hopper 12 storing the rice to be charged and an upper cover 30 covering the upper face of the hopper 12 and subjected to a switching operation when the rice is charged to the inside of the hopper 12. The back face of the upper cover 12 is disposed with a plurality of projections 32 arranged over the whole region of the back face, and in which the tip parts thereof project toward the lower part.
