<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, conventionally when injecting nutriments, bacteria and bait in an aquarium cistern, liquid nutriments and bacteria in a spray type container are sprayed to the water surface from the upper side of the cistern, or the bait in a syringe is applied to corals and the like； nevertheless nutriments and bacteria are not sufficiently absorbed in the bottom floor (the soil) and causes increase in algae and mosses, and the corals, and the like, in the deep locations of water depth are not sufficiently fed with the bait. <；P>；SOLUTION: An injection device for nutriments, bacteria and bait and comprising a pump and a nozzle is provided. Especially, an injection device having a long and slenderly extended nozzle and plural liquid-exhaust holes on the side surface near the tip end part of the nozzle, and an injection method of nutriments and the like using the device, are provided. Hence, the nutriments and bacteria are efficiently absorbed in the bottom floor in a cistern, generation of the alga and moss in the cistern is prevented and the bait can be fed in sufficient amount to corals, and the like. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
