PURPOSE: A detection of a radio marker gene, At3g28210-putative zinc finger protein, and a transgenic indicator plant using the same are provided to sense radiation exposure in a plant eco-system. CONSTITUTION: An At3g28210 gene-knowdown transgenic plant for detecting radiation exposure is prepared by transforming an RNAi expression vector containing At3g28210(putative zinc finger protein; PMZ) into a plant. The At3g28210 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1.
