The manufacturing device of the hydrogen cosmetics comprises； a hydrogen generating unit which generates hydrogen by electrolyzing filtered water supplied from a filter unit； a cosmetic storage tank which stores cosmetics of a liquid or gel type； a hydrogen cosmetic storage unit which stores the hydrogen cosmetics and discharges the hydrogen cosmetics selectively； a main transfer line which transfers the cosmetics from the cosmetic storage tank to the hydrogen cosmetic storage unit； a hydrogen cosmetic manufacturing unit which mixes the cosmetics extracted from the cosmetic storage tank with hydrogen supplied from the hydrogen generating unit in a gas-liquid mixing unit on the main transfer line and transfers the cosmetics and hydrogen to the hydrogen cosmetic storage unit； a recovery transfer line which permits the transfer of the hydrogen cosmetics from the hydrogen cosmetic storage unit to the cosmetic storage tank and forms a circulation line which passes through the hydrogen cosmetic manufacturing unit with the main transfer line； and a control unit which drives the circulation line by opening and selectively controlling a circulation solenoid valve installed on the recovery transfer line and controls the concentration of hydrogen within the hydrogen cosmetics stored in the hydrogen cosmetic storage unit.수소화장품 제조장치가 개시된다. 이 수소화장품 제조장치는, 필터유닛으로부터 공급된 정수수를 전기분해하여 수소를 발생시키는 수소발생유닛과； 액상 또는 겔상의 화장품이 저장되는 화장품 저장조와； 수소화장품이 보관되며 수소화장품을 선택적으로 방출하는 수소화장품 보관부와； 상기 화장품 저장조로부터 상기 수소화장품 보관부로 상기 화장품이 이송되는 주 이송라인과； 상기 화장품 저장조로부터 추출된 화장품과 상기 수소발생유닛으로부터 공급된 수소를 상기 주 이송라인 상의 기액혼합유닛에서 혼합하여 상기 수소화장품 보관부로 보내는 수소화장품 제조부와； 상기 수소화장품 보관부로부터 상기 화장품 저장조로 수소화장품의 이송을 허용하여, 상기 주 이송라인과 함께 상기 수소화장품 제조부를 지나는 순환라인을 구성하는 회수 이송라인과； 상기 회수 이송라인에 설치된 순환 솔레노이드 밸브를 선택적으로 개방 제어하여 상기 순환라인을 가동함으로써, 상기 수소화장품 보관부에 보관되는 수소화장품 내 수소 농도를 조절하는 제어유닛을 포함한다.
