PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a wide space on a floor and to enable an operator to come and go back and forth on the floor and to perform smooth supply of seedlings in a riding rice transplanter.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is obtained as follows. A seedling planting apparatus is freely liftably and lowerably connected to the rear of a traveling machine body and the floor (11) where the operator can come and go back and forth in the traveling machine body is installed in the lower part on both the right and the left sides of a handle post (35) on the front side of the traveling machine body. An operating lever (36) for lifting and lowering the seedling planting apparatus and an operating lever (38) for traveling operation are installed operably in the front and rear directions in the upper part on both the right and the left sides of the handle post (35).
