PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy the handling of a foot switch easy during using a laser apparatus or stopping the same and to keep the hygienics of the apparatus.
SOLUTION: The laser apparatus includes a base table 4 arranged on the lower face of the laser apparatus body 3, a concaved part 8 passing through the base table 4 to a floor face and formed in such a shape that the foot switch 5 can be inserted, and attaching/detaching means arranged in a deep part of the concaved part 8 locking an end part 9 of the foot switch 5 with the operation face 11 of the foot switch 5 inclined and with the bottom face of the foot switch 5 not brought into the contact with the floor face, switch operation can be done while locking by the attaching/detaching means, the whole laser apparatus can be moved, the operation face 11 of the foot switch 5 is located at least outside an overhanging part 7, and the laser apparatus can be operated by inserting a foot into the operation face from the anterior side and both side faces of the foot switch 5.
