PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality control phantom for adjusting an irradiation position and an irradiation direction of a line laser by a line laser sight with higher accuracy. A quality control phantom 7 is used for quality control of a radiation treatment system 1 having a line laser aiming device 5, and is a near side determination unit (for example, 74) having a near side reference index (for example, 74) as an adjustment reference index. A far side determination unit (for example, a part of 50B) having a far side reference index (for example, 75) as an adjustment reference index (a part of 50A), and a far side determination unit side from the near side determination unit side. As you can see, the near-side reference index and the far-side reference index overlap the virtual reference axis, and the near-side judgment part side to the far-side judgment part side are set to any angle direction within the maximum spread angle direction range of the line laser. As seen, a part of the far-side reference index is configured so as not to overlap the light-shielding region of the near-side determination unit.
