A vibrating mechanism (20) can be positioned on the front side (17) of the pad housing (16), the vibrating mechanism (20) including a motor (22) and a motor controller (24) connected to the motor (22), the motor controller (24) operable to control the motor (22) and thus vibrations emitted by the vibrating mechanism (20). A pad (18) can be positioned over and against the vibrating mechanism (20) such that vibrations emitted by the vibrating mechanism (20) are transferred to the pad (18).
