A method of manufacturing herbal extract-treated corn by heating corn with herbal extract is provided. The corn product has excellent palatability and the efficacy of herbs. A corn is heated with a herbal extract obtained by extracting 100 parts by weight of water, 1.5 to 3 parts by weight of licorice root, 0.5 to 1 parts by weight of Lycium root, 0.5 to 1 parts by weight of Dioscorea root and 0.3 to 0.6 parts by weight of White atractylodes root.
