An evaluation device includes a line-of-sight detection unit that detects a subject's line of sight, a movement speed calculation unit that calculates a subject's line-of-sight movement speed, and a frequency of line-of-sight movement speed based on the calculated line-of-sight movement speed. The frequency distribution calculation unit that calculates the frequency distribution of the moving speed of the line of sight, and the first frequency obtained from the frequency included in the first velocity range that is less than the predetermined velocity among the frequency distributions, and the predetermined velocity or more. It is provided with a calculation unit for comparing the second frequency obtained from the frequencies included in the second speed range, and an evaluation unit for obtaining evaluation data of the subject based on the comparison result by the calculation unit.
