A positioning tape is configured to indicate a region provided with a micropore when a skin is made in contact with a micropore forming device and is provided with the micropore by a microneedle of the micropore forming device. The positioning tape includes a supporter having a positioning portion for forming a step including a shape at least partially corresponding to a shape of a contact portion of the micropore forming device, and a marker portion having an opening corresponding to the region provided with the micropore. When the contact portion of the micropore forming device is made in contact with the positioning tape for micropore formation, the step at the positioning portion regulates shift of the micropore forming device in a skin surface direction.
