The present invention relates to a grain syrup containing Fucoidan. More specifically, the Fucoidan grain syrup is prepared by adding Fucoidan and dietary fiber to a grain syrup, thereby suppressing excessive use of sugar or artificial sweeteners and enabling a user to easily take Fucoidan and dietary fiber, which are healthy sugar and beneficial for health. A method for preparing a grain syrup containing Fucoidan comprises: a steaming step (S100) of thoroughly washing prepared rice and soaking the resultant product in water; a gelatinization step (S200) of cooking rice to make hard cooked rice; a liquefaction step (S300) of preparing a mixture by mixing 100-150 parts by weight of liquid malt with respect to 100 parts by weight of the hard cooked rice; a saccharification step (S400) of saccarifying the mixture at a temperature of 40-75C for 8-12 hours; a filtration step (S500) of filtering the mixture, passed through the saccarification step, using a 150-200 mesh screen; a heating step (S600) of heating a filtrate, passed through the filtration step, at a temperature of 120-150C for 1-2 hours; a mixing step (S700) of mixing 30 wt% of low-sugar, 2 wt% of Fucoidan, and 8 wt% of dietary fiber with 60 wt% of the mixture, passed through the heating step; and a concentration step (S800) of heating the mixture, passed through the mixing step, at a temperature of 65-85C for 1-3 hours, and heating the resultant product at a temperature of 30-50C for 1-5 hours to concentrate.본 발명은 후코이단이 첨가된 조청에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 조청에 후코이단과 식이섬유를 첨가하여 과도한 당분 또는 인공감미료의 사용을 억제하며 건강한 당류로써 손쉽게 건강에 좋은 후코이단과 식이섬유의 섭취하는 것이 가능한 후코이단 조청에 관한 것이다.준비된 쌀을 깨끗이 세척한 후 물에 불리는 증자 단계(S100);쌀을 익혀 고두밥으로 만드는 호화단계(S200);고두밥 100중량부에 대해 엿기름액을 100~150중량부로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 액화 단계(S300);상기 혼합물을 40~75℃에서, 8~12시간 당화 단계(S400);상기 당화단계를 거친 혼합물을 150~200메쉬의 체에 여과하는 단계(S500);상기 여과단계를 거친 여과물을 120~150℃의 온도로 1~2시간 가열하는 단계(S600);상기 가열단계를 거친 혼합물 60중량%에 저당 30중량%, 후코이단 2중량%, 식이섬유 8중량%를 혼합하는 단계(S700);상기 혼합단계를 거친 혼합물을65~85℃로
