PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an internal temperature of a measuring object in which a constant temperature heat source is unevenly distributed inside the measuring object in a contact internal thermometer and/or to detect the position of the constant temperature heat source.SOLUTION: A contact internal thermometer 100 comprises at least: a measuring surface 20 for contacting with a surface to be measured of a measuring object； a first temperature sensor laminate 31 in which a first measuring surface side temperature sensor and a first rear surface side temperature sensor are disposed； a second temperature sensor laminate 41 in which a second measuring surface side temperature sensor and a second rear surface side temperature sensor are disposed and which is disposed at a first predetermined distance from the first temperature sensor laminate； and a third temperature sensor laminate 51 in which a third measuring surface side temperature sensor and a third rear surface side temperature sensor are disposed and which is disposed at a second predetermined distance from the second temperature sensor laminate, and has a controller for calculating both or one of the temperature or the position of the constant temperature heat source inside the measuring object based on the measurement result of each temperature sensor and each of the predetermined distance.【課題】接触式内部温度計において、恒温熱源が内部で偏在している測定対象物の内部温度を正確に測定すること、及び／又はその恒温熱源の位置を検出すること。【解決手段】本発明に係る接触式内部温度計１００は、測定対象物の被測定面に接触させる測定面２０と、第１の測定面側温度センサと第１の背面側温度センサが配置される第１の温度センサ積層体３１と、第２の測定面側温度センサと第２の背面側温度センサが配置され、前記第１の温度センサ積層体と第１の所定距離をおいて配置される第２の温度センサ積層体４１と、第３の測定面側温度センサと第３の背面側温度センサが配置され、前記第２の温度センサ積層体と第２の所定距離をおいて配置される第３の温度センサ積層体５１と、を少なくとも有し、各温度センサの測定結果と各所定距離に基づいて、前記測定対象物内部の恒温熱源の温度又は位置或いはその両方を算出するコントローラを有する。【選択図】図３
