PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in measuring a temperature at a deep portion.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device includes a temperature measurement unit 43, an arithmetic logical unit 74, and a control unit 73 for controlling operations of the temperature measurement unit and the arithmetic logical unit. The temperature measurement unit 43 includes: a base material 40 having a first surface which is a surface contacting with an object to be measured and a second surface which faces the first surface and is a surface on the surroundings side; a first temperature sensor 50; a second temperature sensor 52; and a third temperature sensor 55. The first temperature sensor 50, the second temperature sensor 52, and the third temperature sensor 55 perform multiple measurements of a first temperature Tb, a second temperature Tp, and a third temperature Tout', respectively, under the conditions that a value of a temperature Tout of the surroundings is different. The arithmetic logical unit 74 calculates a deep portion temperature Tc in a deep portion of the object to be measured, by using the measured temperatures and on the basis of an operation expression for the deep portion temperature.【課題】深部温度の測定精度を向上させること。【解決手段】温度測定装置は、温度測定部43と、演算部74と、温度測定部および演算部の動作を制御する制御部73と、を含み、温度測定部43は、被測定体との接触面である第1面と、第1面に対向する面であって、環境側の面である第2面とを有する基材40と、第1温度センサー50と、第2温度センサー52と、第3温度センサー55と、を有し、前記第1温度センサー50、前記第2温度センサー52および前記第3温度センサー55は、環境の温度Toutの値が異なるという条件の下で、第1温度Tb、第2温度Tpおよび第3温度Tout’を複数回、測定し、演算部74は、測定された温度を用いて、被測定体の深部における深部温度Tcを、深部温度の演算式に基づいて求める。【選択図】図1
