The present invention relates to a fishing paste bait composition. The fishing paste bait composition is prepared by mixing (A) a grain group including corn flour, potato flake flour, and wheat flour, (B) gluten powder, and (C) an attractant including a food dye, powder, or liquid flavoring to attract a fish. (A) the grain group and (B) the gluten powder are finely ground to have particles of a size of 100 to 500 &mu；m to be used, and includes 40 to 63 wt% of the corn flour, 10 to 20 wt% of the potato flake flour, and 15 to 25 wt% of the gluten flour. The wheat flour is used by mixing steamed wheat flour and roasted wheat flour to prevent a paste bait from being smeared on a hand during preparation, and is added with 4 to 5 wt% of the steamed wheat flour and 7 to 8 wt% of the roasted flour. Therefore, a preferred taste, flavor, and color are naturally expressed with a natural material preferred by a fish to easily induce biting.
