PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant noodle grain flour composition enabling excellent reconstruction of noodle ribbons in a prescribed time when eating, and making loosening and palate feeling excellent: and to provide instant noodles using the grain flour composition.SOLUTION: This instant noodle grain flour composition contains 1-10 mass% of a crushed product of heat granulated wheat flour, gelatinized and swollen by pressure extruding.
