The present invention provides an image acquisition apparatus and method for a surgical operation. The apparatus includes a wearable frame, a pair of rotational devices, a pair of optical modules, a pair of displays and a controller. The rotational devices respectively are disposed on the sides of the wearable frame, which, for example, is in the form of eyewear, and the optical modules are disposed in the rotational devices. The displays are held in the wearable frame. When the wearable frame is head-mounted by a user, the displays are positioned in front of the eyes of the user. The method includes the steps of: the optical module acquiring a reference image the optical module acquiring an offset image in response to head movement and the controller computing deviation and direction based on the offset image and adjusting the optical modules reversely, in order for the optical modules to acquire a calibrated image correspondingly with the reference image.本發明關於一種手術用影像擷取裝置及其影像擷取方法。所述裝置包括一穿戴架、一對旋轉模組、一對光學影像模組、一對顯視器及一控制單元;該穿戴架例如是眼鏡的型態,該對旋轉模組設置在該穿戴架兩側,該對光學影像模組設置在該對旋轉模組上,該對顯視器設置在該穿戴架,使用者將該穿戴架穿戴於頭部時,該對顯視器位於使用者雙眼前方。所述方法係由該對光學影像模組先擷取一基準影像,當使用者頭部因生理因素造成偏轉位移時,該對光學影像模組會擷取到一偏移影像,該控制單元會計算該偏移影像的位移量及方向,並反向調整該對光學影像模組,藉以擷取符合該基準影像的一校正影像。
