The present invention relates to a method for predicting a future state of a progressive lesion and an apparatus using the same. In particular, according to the method of the present invention, a computing device acquires a medical image and generates a future image of at least one individual lesion at a time point after a predetermined time interval from a reference time point of the medical image for the at least one individual lesion identified in the acquired medical image.
