A stable composition during storage for cooking frozen confection comprising: (i) a sweetening agent (ii) milkfat and (iii) one or more polysaccharides, having a dextrose equivalent value of a maximum of 40, with the proviso that the composition does not contain any added emulsifiers or stabilizatorov.2. Composition according to Claim. 1, wherein the sweetener is present in an amount of 0,3-90 wt.% 3. Composition according to Claim. 1 or 2 wherein the milk fat is present in an amount of 0.5-50 wt.%. 4.
