The present invention relates to a method for real-time acupressure power and human body scan control. The method for real-time human body scan control includes: (a) a step of setting a horizontal position-specific reference vertical height of an acupressure section and setting target acupressure power within a reference vertical height range; (b) a step of calculating current measurement acupressure power from load measurement data regarding a user and application to a load cell; and (c) a step of controlling the vertical height of the acupressure section by comparing the target acupressure power and the current measurement acupressure power to each other. According to the present invention, new target acupressure power is calculated by an inflection point of a driving current measurement value applied to a horizontal driving motor being measured during horizontal driving of the acupressure section in an initial massage process and a deviation between the vertical position of the acupressure section corresponding to the inflection point and the horizontal position-specific reference vertical position stored in a database being reflected in an acupressure power correction value. The new target acupressure power is reflected in the acupressure power control.
