Disclosed by the present invention are a skin protection pack device using current stimulation and a method thereof. The present invention can heal a wound, release muscle pain, and protect skin through iontophoresis inputting a microcurrent into a human body. The disclosed skin protection method using current stimulation comprises: (a) a step in which a human body contact unit is in contact with a human body through a carbon electrode (b) a step of supplying power of 0.1-1.5 V in a power source unit (c) a step of changing the supplied power of 0.1-1.5 V into a step-up power source of a predetermined range in a convertor unit (d) a step in which a control unit controls human body resistance by a human body being in contact with the carbon electrode and an inner resistance value so the power according to the changed step-up power source is applied to the human body through the carbon electrode (e) a step in which a constant microcurrent is applied to the human body through the carbon electrode according to the controlled inner resistance value and (f) a step of controlling the purse waveform of power supplied to the human body in an impulse control unit.
