PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorptive article which is excellent both in fitness to a root groove of a thigh part between the thighs and fitness to a lower abdomen, and accordingly, excellent in prevention performance and attachment feeling.

SOLUTION: In the absorptive article, the free part 68 of a three-dimensional gather 60 includes three parts of a front free part 68F, an intermediate free part 68M and a back free part 68B in order from a front side. In a protruding part 66 of the three-dimensional gather 60, a protruding width WFin a front protruding range 66F from a front fixing part 67F to the front free part 68F and a protruding width WBin a back protruding range 66B from a back fixing part 67B to the back free part 68B are wider than a protruding width WMin the intermediate free part 68M. In the protruding part 66, at least the front protruding range 66F and the back protruding range 66B include a base end side part 60c extending from a root part 65 to a central side in the direction of width and an end side part 60t folded back outside in the direction of width from an end of the base end side part 60c. To the end part of the free part 68, an elastic expansible member 63 is fixed in a forward and backward expanded state.
