PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus by which a users muscles can be moved in various directions.SOLUTION: A health apparatus 1 comprises: a housing 10 a controller 30 and movable parts 40A and 40B. The movable parts 40A, 40B comprise a handle 41 which is gripped by a user, respectively, and alternately repeat a movement in an x1 direction and a movement in an x2 direction. When the movable parts 40A, 40B are moved in a reciprocated state in a state in which the user grips the handles 41, arms of the user are vibrated following to a reciprocating movement of the movable parts 40A, 40B, so that muscles of the arms are moved. The movable parts 40A, 40B can be detached, and movable parts whose longitudinal direction is a direction of the reciprocating movement can be attached. When the movable parts are replaced, since the arms which grip the handle 41 can be stretched, the muscles of the arms can be moved in a manner different from a manner when the movable part 40A is fixed to a first slider 151 and the movable part 40B is fixed to a second slider 152.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】筋肉を多様に動かすことが可能な機器を提供する。【解決手段】健康機器1は、筐体10、コントローラ30、可動部40A及び可動部40Bを備える。可動部40A、40Bは、ユーザが握る取っ手41を有し、x1方向への移動とx2方向への移動を交互に繰り返す。ユーザが取っ手41を握った状態で可動部40A及び可動部40Bが往復移動すると、可動部40A及び可動部40Bの往復移動に伴ってユーザの腕が振動し、腕の筋肉が動かされる。可動部40A、40Bは、取り外しが可能であり、長手方向が往復移動する方向である可動部を取り付けることができる。可動部を交換した場合、取っ手41を握る腕が広がるため、腕の筋肉は、可動部40Aを第1スライダ151に固定し、可動部40Bを第2スライダ152に固定したときとは異なる動きをする。【選択図】図1
