The present inventions are a method for enhancing body taste of fat and oil-containing milk-flavored food and beverage, characterized by incorporating one or more acetyl compounds selected from the group consisting of 2-acetyl thiazole, 2-acetylpyridine, 2-acetyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine, and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline in the food and beverage, and an agent for enhancing body taste characterized by containing one or more acetyl compounds selected from the group consisting of 2-acetyl thiazole, 2-acetylpyridine, 2-acetyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridine, and 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline and being used as a raw material of fat and oil-containing milk-flavored food and beverage to enhance body taste.本發明提供一種含有油脂之乳風味飲食品的濃厚味增強方法,其特徵在於藉由含有選自於由2-乙醯噻唑、2-乙醯吡啶、2-乙醯-1,4,5,6-四氫吡啶及2-乙醯-1-二氫吡咯所構成群組中之1種以上的乙醯化合物,來增強含有油脂之乳風味飲食品之濃厚味;及一種濃厚味增強劑,其特徵為一用以增強濃厚味而用作為含有油脂之乳風味飲食品之原料,且含有選自於由2-乙醯噻唑、2-乙醯吡啶、2-乙醯-1,4,5,6-四氫吡啶及2-乙醯-1-二氫吡咯所構成群組中之1種以上的乙醯化合物。
