PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument erection device and an endoscope having an erection stand and an operation wire excellent in the washability and disinfection property.SOLUTION: The treatment instrument erection device is inserted/withdrawn through a channel of an endoscope body, comprising: a conduit body having a proximal end and a distal end and including a treatment instrument channel for inserting/withdrawing a treatment instrument and a wire channel for inserting/withdrawing an operation wire an operation wire inserted/withdrawn through the wire channel an erection operating part provided on the proximal end side of the conduit body and connected to the proximal end side of the operation wire and an erection mechanism provided on the distal end side of the conduit body and connected to the distal end side of the operation wire.
