A channel 15 to which an endoscopic treatment instrument 3 is insertable is formed from a tip part of the endoscope insertion part 5 to the endoscope operation part 4. Close to an opening at the tip of the channel 15, a tissue suction conduit 46 is connected to be connectable to a suction source 14 to suck a living body tissue sampled by the endoscopic treatment instrument 3.
