PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing container which facilitates extraction of a rod-like body such as a swab inserted into a container in which contents are mixed and a product with a packed mixing container.SOLUTION: A product 11 with a packed mixing container includes a cylindrical container body 12 and a flexible partitioning film 16 which partitions the container body 12 into a first chamber 17 for housing a first treatment liquid 28 and a second chamber 18 for housing a second treatment liquid 29. The partitioning film 16 has a partitioning film body 16a and a connecting part 16b which is located in the circumference of the partitioning film body 16a and is connected to an inner peripheral surface of the container body 12. The product with a packed mixing container enables mixing of the first treatment liquid 28 and the second treatment liquid 29 by breaking the connecting part 16b to introduce the second treatment liquid 29 in the second chamber 18 into the first chamber 17.
