Ladite composition comprend une quantité thérapeutiquement efficace d'un résidu de filtration de sirop de plante sucrière, en combinaison avec un vecteur pharmaceutiquement acceptable. La présente invention porte en outre sur une composition nutraceutique ou cosméceutique destinée à améliorer l'état de la peau.
