PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented feed using yellow soil, and a cow breeding method using thereof are provided to improve the intestinal environment of domestic animals for reducing bad smell from livestock waste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented feed using yellow soil comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of corn flour by weight, 140~160parts of brewers grain by weight, 90~110parts of wheat bran by weight, 90~110parts of rice bran by weight, 45~55parts of cottonseed meal by weight, 35~45parts of barley bran by weight, 15~25parts of yellow soil by weight, 15~25parts of molasses by weight, 3~7parts of yeast culture by weight, 2~6parts of minerals and vitamins by weight, 0.5~1.5parts of salt, and 380~420parts of green barley leaf silage by weight； sterilizing the mixture at 50~70deg C, and cooling； adding probiotics into the cooled mixture； and sealing the mixture and fermenting for 3~4days.본 발명은 황토 발효사료를 이용한 소 사육방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 가축의 사료 제조시 황토가 첨가된 사료를 제조한 후 살균하고 여기에 생균제를 투여하여 발효시켜 제조되는 사료를 이용하여 소를 사육하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 황토 발효사료는 곡물, 광물질 및 생균제가 함께 혼합ㆍ발효됨으로써 이를 섭취하는 가축의 소화흡수율을 향상시키고, 가축의 생육기간에 따라 사료의 영양분이 최적화되어, 사육되는 가축의 건강증진 및 성장을 촉진시키며, 가축의 장내 환경이 개선되어 가축 분뇨의 악취가 감소하므로 축사의 환경개선효과가 있다.또한, 상기 사료를 이용하여 소를 사육함으로써 사육기간을 단축할 수 있으며 고품질의 육질을 얻을 수 있다.
