PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable preparation containing tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen and a method for producing the preparation.SOLUTION: The volume expansion of a preparation containing tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen is prevented by formulating tranexamic acid or its salt and ibuprofen in a state essentially free from contact of the components.
