The present invention relates to a method for preparing a bilayer scaffold through a single process and a method for regenerating tissue using a bilayer scaffold obtained by the preparing method. The method for preparing a bilayer scaffold can produce a completely bound type bilayer scaffold through a single process without a separate binding process, unlike the method for preparing a bilayer scaffold in the conventional art through a two-step process in which respective polymeric scaffolds are separately prepared and then bound to each other. Further, regeneration of the skin tissue which is missing due to a wound, burn, tumor, and the like can be promoted by culturing cells in the prepared bilayer scaffold and applying the resultant bilayer scaffold to tissue generation or wound treatment of skin defect sites, or co-culturing cartilage cells and bone cells in the prepared bilayer scaffold and applying the resultant bilayer scaffold to sites at which tissues are in contact with each other, such as bones and cartilage.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un échafaudage bicouche par un unique processus et un procédé de régénération de tissu au moyen d'un échafaudage bicouche obtenu par le procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation d'un échafaudage bicouche peut produire un échafaudage bicouche de type totalement lié par un unique processus sans processus de liaison séparé, contrairement aux procédés de préparation d'un échafaudage bicouche dans l'art conventionnel par un processus à deux étapes dans lequel des échafaudages polymères respectifs sont préparés séparément et ensuite liés les uns aux autres.
