PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulation device capable of curing a shell to an appropriate hardness and forming the capsule highly precisely.SOLUTION: The encapsulation device includes: a liquid jetting part for jetting a first liquid forming a core a liquid film holding part for holding a second liquid forming the shell wrapping the core inside into a film-like shape: and a liquid contacting part for bringing a third liquid into contact with the shell.
