PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulation device capable of forming the capsule under a condition that no foreign substance is mixed in a liquid film of a shell material forming a shell of the capsule.SOLUTION: The encapsulation device includes: a liquid jetting part for jetting liquid droplets of a first liquid and a liquid film supporting part for supporting a second liquid flowing in a predetermined direction in a film-like state.
