PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a capsule having accurate size regardless of the properties of a liquid.SOLUTION: A capsule production device includes: a liquid discharge part discharging a first liquid held inside a pressure container a prescribed amount by a prescribed amount by supplying external force into the pressure container a liquid film holding part holding a second liquid in a film state and a control part controlling the operation of the liquid discharge part.
