A containing section (14) for containing a minute amount of a liquid agent having penetrated through a closed check valve (23) is provided between the check valve (23) and a filter (25). This prevents the filter (25) from being wetted with the liquid agent having penetrated through the check valve (23), which is in a closed state, during storage and distribution of a container before the container is used for the first time.
