PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely cut hairy roots by preventing a ball body from idly rotating and playing by the rotation of a cutting blade when cutting the dried hard garlic ball body, in view of the fact that it takes time to safely cut hairy roots of an edible ball body of garlic, onion, pumpkin or the like, especially, hair roots of a garlic ball body which is dried and becomes hard, and finely cut is difficult.SOLUTION: A hairy root cutting device includes a hairy root cutting mechanism device including a cutting blade on the tip, and a fixation installation device for fixing and installing an edible ball body. The fixation installation device fastens, holds and clamps the ball body by fixation means provided on a fixation placement base, and a clamp force of holding the ball body is set 2.5-3.5 kg when the rotation number of the cutting blade is set to 60-90 rpm, and with this, the hairy roots are cut by abutting the cutting blade on the ball body and pushing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明によれば、にんにく、タマネギ、かぼちゃ等の食物玉体の毛根、特に乾燥して玉体が固くなったにんにく玉体の毛根を安全に切り取るには、時間を要しかつきれいに切り取ることは困難であった。このような乾燥して固くなったにんにく玉体等の切削時に玉対が切削刃の回転により空回りして遊ぶことを防止して安全にかつ確実に短時間に毛根を切削することができる。【解決手段】切削刃を先端に備える毛根切削機構装置と、食物玉体を固定して設置するための固定設置装置とを備え、固定設置装置は、玉体を固定載置台に設けられた固定手段で固定して挟持してクランプし、ここで玉体を挟持するクランプ力は、切削刃の回転数が60~90rpmに設定されている時に、2.5~3.5kgに設定され、よって切削刃を玉体に当て、押し込むことにより毛根を切削する毛根切削装置。【選択図】図1
