PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for culturing mushroom mycelial pellets and a related method for culturing such mushroom mycelial clusters enabling mushroom to be grown through omitting embedding operations without damaging the mycelial pellets and affecting them due to soil quality. SOLUTION: This implement for culturing mushroom mycelial pellets comprises a sunlight-blocking culture bag 3 for containing logs 2 subject to mushroom spawning and a culture lid 1 for breathably sealing the opening 3a of the bag 3; wherein the culture lid 1 is made up of a middle lid 6 provided with a guard 5 on one end of a cylindrical part 4, a cylindrical ring body 9 with both top and bottom opened and the outer circumferential surface provided with a plurality of wide grooves 8 running to both the top and bottom and a cap-shaped outer lid 11 furnished with a rib 10 on the ceiling inner wall 11a thereof to be butted with the upper end rim of the middle lid 6 or the ring body 9 and enagageable on the ring body 9; the culture lid 1 works as follows: the opening 3a of the culture bag 3 is threaded via the guard side of the middle lid 6 through the cylindrical part 4 and expanded and covers the cylindrical part 4, and the ring body 9 is then engaged on the cylindrical part 4 and the opening 3a is covered with the outer lid 11 in a condition of nipping the opening 3a with the cylindrical part 4 and the ring body 9.
