According to the present invention, disclosed is a vegetation structure having an air and water purification function, capable of circulating water of a water tank to penetrate a vegetation block and a pot, so as to purify water, and capable of passing indoor air or water through the vegetation block and the pot, so as to purify air and water. According to the present invention, the structure comprises: a water tank； a pot installed in the upper opening of the water tank and including a plant planted in the inside； a vegetation block which includes a cover having a plurality of through-holes, charcoal charged in the inside of the cover, and block type moss attached on the surface of the cover, and is installed in the upper part of the pot； and a pumping means to supply water of the water tank to the upper part of the vegetation block.
